FactLink team were interviewed by Alec MacDonald on the program Zoom In Zoom Out of Taiwan Plus. We discussed how AI-generated short videos during the mass recall movement pose threats to democracy.
What concerns us is that these mini short videos are eroding democracy’s capacity for dialogue — rendering fact-checking and information analysis ineffective. This is an issue we should all pay close attention to.
